The Woman's Club of White Plains Foundation
The Woman's Club of White Plains Foundation (formed in 2011 as a 501 (c) 3) oversees many yearly projects that help fulfill our Charitable Giving. Club members perform all of our Acts of Kindness projects, integral to our core mission. These projects include but are not limited to, providing Welcome to Your Home kits for those moving out of the Coachman Family Shelter into permanent housing. We also hold an annual Fundraiser to benefit college-bound seniors at White Plains High School. Monthly members come together to make sandwiches for Lifting Up Westchester, we regularly donate to various drives to help veterans.

ACTS OF KINDNESS ♡
Help support our community by providing an Act of Kindness.
Our members volunteer countless hours to all of our Acts of Kindness programs.
You too can help by supporting and donating to the projects listed below:
“Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much.“
- Helen Keller
(Fun fact Helen Keller visited the Woman’s Club twice)
During this time of giving, let us all remember that The Woman’s Club of White Plains Foundation has donated money to many important causes in our community for over 100 years.
We raise money for college scholarships for young women, we work with local food kitchens to feed the food insecure, we help those who are moving out of shelters into their own home and much more.
Giving Tuesday is December 3rd, but it has become something much bigger than just a day of giving. It’s become a global movement that brings people together from all walks of life to make a difference.
With activity in every country and continent, it’s clear that giving is something everyone can be part of.
Whether you donate $5 or $500, every little bit helps us to continue to make a difference in our community, and we thank you in advance for your contribution.
