MARY HELMSWORTH-HAMBY President, Woman's club of white Plains, inc A native of Cincinnati, Ohio, Mary moved to Westchester County in the early 1980's and to White Plains in 1990's. She joined the Club in 2009. Applying experiences and expertise achieved through her professional work in the transportation and energy sectors, Mary has held a variety of roles at the Club. Mary became Club president in the Summer of 2023. Her goals for the Club include increasing our visibility within White Plains and setting the Club on a secure path as we continue serving our community into our second century.

MARYANN MARTIN president, woman's club of white plains foundation A Graduate of Fordham University, Maryann has been an active member of the Woman’s Club for 24 years. With her role of Foundation President, she is tasked with generating income to support the club’s philanthropic outreach. Maryann’s high value for volunteerism – including being involved in many service projects such as Homeward Bound , POTS (Part of the Solution) and Our Shepherd’s Flock, which has led her to wanting to help even more now that she has retired from her 40 year career in Network TV. Her strong career as an executive at ABC and CBS, handling budgets of over $20M, her strategic brand development and program launches of popular hit shows (i.e.: Martha Stewart Living) as well as marketing and strategy development for well-known TV programs like CSI and Survivor, to name a few, has helped drive the foundation forward to where it is today.
